Ghosts, goblins, and witches…oh my! It’s time to celebrate Halloween in Panama City Beach. We’re excited to be participating in the PCB Parks & Recreation Drive-By Trunk or Treat Event at Frank Brown Park. This FREE, FUN, and COVID-SAFE will offer trick-or-treaters the chance to drive through to stations to collect candy and other surprises.

In addition, Panama City Beach Parks & Recreation is also holding a Virtual Pumpkin Carving Contest! Win a First, Second, or Third Place Prize by submitting a photo of yourself with your carved pumpkin on the organization’s Facebook Post with the flyer above. Winners will be announced at noon on October 29, 2020.
