October Sales in Review | Panama City Beach

The Panama City Beach real estate market continued to be robust during September with 141 new contracts secured for condos and homes and 265 properties closed. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned nearly $11 million in sales volume with 30 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and over $16 million in sales volume overall.


The highest priced condo closed was gulf front three bedroom unit at the Palazzo at $749,500.


The highest priced single family home to sell was a gulf front four bedroom home in the Carillon Beach community at $7.1 million.
