July remained HOT for the Panama City Beach residential real estate market with 242 properties closed and 99 new contracts for single family homes and condominiums combined. The highest priced condominium to close was a Gulf front, three bedroom in the luxury Palazzo development while the highest priced single family home sold was a Gulf front, four bedroom residence with a private pool in Bahama Beach.
