Sales increased while new contracts decreased in the Panama City Beach real estate market during December with 143 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 60 properties placed under contract. Activity was similar in the Panama City market with 45 homes sold and 25 new contracts. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida was the top sales agency in Panama City Beach for sales volume during December, earning over $14.5 million in sales volume with 26 transaction sides. The agency earned nearly $16 million across Bay County during the month.

The highest priced condo closed in Panama City Beach was a lake front, three-bedroom residence in Sunrise and Sunset at Carillon Beach at $1.125 million.


The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, five-bedroom home in Carillon Beach at $6 million.


The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bay front, four-bedroom home in Northshore Islands at $2.769 million.


The highest priced new construction, single family home to sell in Panama City was a three-bedroom in SweetBay at $464,598.
