August 2018 was a spectacular month for condo and single family home sales in Panama City Beach with nearly $72 million in combined sales volume. The highest priced condo closed in Calypso Towers II at $735,000 for a 3BR/3BA Gulf front unit while the highest priced home sold was a 4BR/5BA home in Wild Heron on Lake Powell for $1.75 million.
