The Panama City Beach real estate market finished strong in the first quarter with a total of 230 properties closed. The highest priced condo to close was a 2,400 square foot waterfront residence overlooking the Gulf for $800,000 while the highest priced home to close was a four-bedroom Gulf front home located off of Thomas Drive for $1.5 million.
